Ana Mejia, President and Founder of ARRIVIE

Helping expatriate workers integrate into Quebec is my specialty. Seeing employees flourish in their adopted society and companies prosper because of them is what motivates me to offer consulting services that deliver concrete results.

Agility and flexibility are at the heart of what I do. Whether you are in Montreal, Montérégie, Estrie, Mauricie, Saguenay-Lac-Saint-Jean or elsewhere in the province. Whatever the field of activity of your company. I intervene where you are, in complete harmony with your reality and your business objectives.

My personal and professional background makes me the ideal person to accompany you. As an immigrant from Mexico who arrived in Quebec in the early 2000s, I know what I’m talking about when it comes to integration! I am also very familiar with the current labour challenges facing Quebec entrepreneurs.

After arriving in Quebec, I headed the Mexican Trade Commission in Montreal, an initiative that brought in some $350 million in direct investment. I was also at the forefront of the negotiations that allowed Bombardier to set up its plant in Mexico.

With my experience in the Quebec entrepreneurial ecosystem, I then acted as an advisor in innovation, export and manpower, first at Longueuil Agglomeration Economic Development then at Quebec Manufacturers & Exporters. I was able to forge valuable partnerships there with regional organizations for the integration of immigrant workers.

Now at the head of Arrivie, I continue my mission to combine the well-being of workers and the satisfaction of their employers. Schedule a discovery call to find out how I can put my skills to work for your success.
